As such, we outline below Our Promise to You as our client and Your Promise to us as your partner.
Our Promise to You
As a client, you are entitled to:
- Ethics and morals of the highest standard.
- Complete honesty in all our dealings. We will provide honest feedback regarding whether an option you are considering is appropriate to your situation. We will also hold you accountable for your action plan.
- Strictest confidentiality.
- Exceptional value for money.
- A passion for supporting you in achieving your goals and objectives
- An outstanding level of friendly and courteous service. Our service will be dictated by the service standards we have in place.
- Being kept informed throughout all our dealings. You will have the opportunity to sit down with us every year to revisit your goals and objectives and to review you situation and your strategy.
- Contact us at any stage to discuss any issues in relation to your strategy, your financial situation and changes to your goals and objectives.
- Advice that is innovative and technically proficient. Planning for Life place a great deal of emphasis on maintaining the knowledge and skills of our people and ensuring that they fully understand any changes in legislation or product.
- Your Planning for Life advice team discussing your strategy internally and providing you with consolidated advice, feedback and/or information.
- Under promising and over delivering. With every scenario and with every projection, we'll give you the worst case scenario. We'd rather see you delighted with the outcomes than failing to meet your expectations.
- Proactively being informed of any changes in legislation or the market in a way that fits in with how you like to be communicated to.
Your Promise to Us
As our partner, you are:
- Committing to work with us, so that we can support you in achieving your life goals
- Letting us know as early as possible when something significant in your life changes or is about to change. It is important that we take this change into consideration in your strategy
- Informing us when we stuff up. Even though it is our goal to be perfect, we know that sometimes we make mistakes. We only ask that you let us know. That way we can fix the mistake and put in place solutions that ensure that the mistake does not occur again.
- Getting back to us at your earliest convenience if we have contacted you.
- Giving us a "yes" or "no" answer. Please note that we can take a "no". "Maybes" waste everybodies time and mean that less time can be devoted to establishing the strategy that is right for you. From our perspective, a "no" simply means not now.
- Speaking about your experiences with our business. If what we have done for you has created a positive client experience, we would like you to share this with your friends, family and colleagues. Our business growth strategy is based on referrals from existing clients.
- Providing us with feedback, both positive and negative. We want to be able to celebrate the successes just as much as we want to ensure any mistakes we make are resolved and not repeated.
